The option on the main menu allows users to restore all of the BIOS settings to the

default Optimized values. The Optimized Defaults are the default values set by the

motherboard manufacturer specifically for optimal performance of the motherboard.

When you select Load Optimized Defaults and press <Enter>, a message as below

appears:

Pressing <Y> loads the default values that are factory settings for safe performance

system operations.

When you press <Enter> on this item, you get a confirmation dialog box with a

message similar to:

Load Optimized Defaults (Y/N)? N

Pressing <Y> loads the default values that are factory settings for optimal

performance system operations.
