TROUBLESHOOTING
FAULT
POSSIBLE CAUSES
Operator does not
a) No power to control board

LED not on.
c) If on battery power only, low or dead batteries

a) Check DIAGNOSTIC LEDs
powers up, but

e) Check all Open and Close inputs for a "stuck on" input
f) Check all Entrapment Protection Device inputs for a "stuck on" sensor
g) Check all vehicle detector inputs for a "stuck on" detector
h) Replace defective control board
a) Check chain. Use manual disconnect, manually move gate, and ensure gate moves easily
limit to limit. Repair gate as needed.
b) Inspect motor and motor wires for open wire, shorted wires, damage, etc. Else, replace
motor.

e) Check if similar wired control operates correctly. Check if wireless controls works properly
when within a few feet of operator. Check operator's antenna and antenna wire. Check
other wireless controls or devices.
f) Replace defective control board
