INTERFACE TIMING
A description of
the
interface timing of
the disk drive
follows.
3.6.1
Power On Sequence
Valid input/output signals are processed by the disk drive
700 ms after the door slot is closed.
3.6.2
Drive Select
Valid input/output signals are processed by the disk drive
500 ns after the appropriate dr ive select line
(DXl, DX2,
DX3, or DX4) goes low.
3.6.3
Step and Track 00
The required time relationship between the STEP controller
signal and the TRACK 00 output signal is shown in Figure
3-11.
