Time Adjustment: Adjust the clock in steps of ± 1/2 hour.
Display volume indicator: Possibility to turn on/off the Volume
Indicator on screen.
LNB Adjustment: If the cable up to the LNB is very long it might
be necessary to increase the Voltage by 0,5 V.

Telephone Modem Settings

If you are connected to the Telephone net via the built in Modem,
make the necessary settings from this menu.
Country: Select the country where you are.
Pulse/Tone: Select the alternative that is valid for your system.
Prefix digit: If the connection goes through a terminal, select the
digit that opens the line.

Receiver upgrade

If your Service Provider has a new software version available for
the Mediamaster, you will be recommended to download it.
To do that, select the line "Receiver upgrade" and follow the in-
structions.
If no software is available yet, you will get the message
"No new software available".
Please note, that during a download procedure you must NOT
perform any other adjustments or settings on the Mediamaster!
IMPORTANT! Updating via satellite may take up to one hour.
DO NOT turn off the Mediamaster or disconnect the dish/
LNB cable during this procedure!!

Automatic Installation

Will start the Installation procedure from the "Welcome Menu".
When you press OK in the "Welcome Menu" again, be aware
of the fact, that all previous channels and settings will be
erased!
To exit the "Welcome Menu" without erase, press EXIT.

Symbols on the Mediamaster display

No TS No Transport Stream
= No signal.
Channel name.
Signal indicator.
A square means full signal.
? No function.
Err Error message.
UPGRADE
The Mediamaster is busy
downloading new software.
Do not make any adjust-
ments during this opera-
tion!
