Troubleshooting

The purpose of this section is to help you quickly solve the
most common problems that you may encounter.
If you're unsure, or if the problem persists or isn't in this list,
contact our customer service department.
Nothing is displayed on the room unit screen.
There is no power supply.
Check the batteries .
The indication is displayed.
The batteries are low.
Change the batteries, making sure they are the right way round.
The unit is in time setting mode.
You took too must time in changing the batteries.
Set the time. All other settings have remained unchanged.
When setting the time, there is no option to set the day.
RADIO TYBOX is set to daily programming.
To switch to weekly programming, refer to the installation guide
(menu 1-01) or contact your installer or our customer service
department.
When creating a program, the
and
symbols do not appear on the screen.
Program changes were not authorized during installation.

installer or our customer service department.

The temperature displayed does not match the tempera-
ture measured in the room (thermometer).
Refer to the installation guide (menu 2-02) or contact your
installer or our customer service department.
The programs cannot be modified and the set-point
temperature settings are limited
(Heat comfort: 16 to 22°C, Cool comfort: 21 to 27°C,
Economy warm: 13 to 19°C, Economy cool: 24 to 30°C).

Your heating system is in Frost-Protection mode.
The thermostat is in ,
The unit displays: dEF 6.
There is a communication fault between the RADIO TYBOX
and the RF 652 receiver.
Bring the transmitter nearer to the receiver.
The device only displays the time and the room tempera-
ture.
RADIO TYBOX is in screen saver display mode, but all the
heating features are running.
Press a button to "activate" the display.
The update can take a few seconds.
