99-5810 DASH DISASSEMBL Y LINCOLN TOWN CAR 2003-2007 isconnect the negative battery ter- minal to prevent an accidental short circuit. Remove (2) 7mm bolts facing upward above instrument cluster/gauges. (Figure A) Carefully unsnap and remove dash panel surrounding radio and instru- ment cluster/gauges. -

99-5810 KIT ASSEMBL Y DIN HEAD UNIT PROVISION WITH POCKET Note: Refer also to the instructions included with the aftermarket radio. Slide the DIN cage into the Radio Housing and secure by bending the metal locking tabs down. (Figure A) Slide the after-market head unit into the cage and secure. -

99-5810 KIT ASSEMBL Y ISO DIN HEAD UNIT PROVISION WITH POCKET Note: Refer also to the instructions included with the aftermarket radio. Mount the ISO Brackets to the head unit with the screws supplied with the unit. (Figure A) Slide the head unit into the radio opening until the side clips engage. -

Metra recommends using the proper mating adapter and making connections as shown.
