7. TROUBLESHOOTING

If the machine is not working properly turn it off immediately and unplug it from the power supply.
PROBLEMS
Coffee is overflowing from
the edges of the filter hol-
der.
The coffee is too cold.
Coffee is not being dispen-
sed or is being dispensed
too slowly.
The machine is not dispen-
sing steam.
The machine is not dispen-
sing hot water.
The cappuccino-maker
is not dispensing foamy
milk.

CAUSES
The filter holder base contains dirt resi-
dues that prevent coffee from pouring
out of the nozzle.
The group's gasket is worn out.
The funnels are clogged
The machine is not ready.
Supply tap is closed
Poor water supply
Filter holder dispensing exit clogged.
Steam dispensing exit clogged.
The dispensing ducts could be obstruc-
ted by limescale
Supply tap closed
The dispensing ducts could be obstruc-
ted by limescale
Verify the milk tube is properly posi-
tioned.
Verify that the cappuccino-maker's
nozzle is not clogged
SOLUTIONS
Pulire
Sostituire
Pulire o sostituire
Attendere il raggiungimento della
temperatura segnalato dalla spia
luminosa spenta.
Aprire il rubinetto
Controllare la linea di alimentazione
Pulire bene il portafiltro con deter-
gente specifico e con l'aiuto di uno
stuzzicadenti.
Pulire con uno spillo eventuali in-
crostazioni formatosi nel foro del
beccuccio erogatore.
Chiamare il Tecnico per eseguire la
pulizia anticalcare
Aprire il rubinetto e controllare che i
tubi siano correttamente posizionati.
Chiamare il Tecnico per eseguire la
pulizia anticalcare
Controllare che il tubo pescante sia
immerso nel latte.
Effettuare le operazioni di pulizia de-
scritte nel paragrafo pulizia.
