4.5 – DISPENSING STEAM
• Position the wand (1) on the grid and use the knob (2)
to dispense steam for one/two seconds so as to expel
water residues from within the steam-wand.
• Pour the beverage into the jug. Preferably, use a stain-
less steel jug with conical spout.
• Insert the steam wand (1) into the jug, submerging it
in the liquid, then start dispensing by turning the knob
(2) anti-clockwise.
• Once finished heating, stop dispensing by turning the
knob (2) clockwise.
• Clean the steam nozzle using a damp clean cloth so
as to avoid the formation of hard to remove incrusta-
tions.
Warning: the wand is extremely hot; do not
touch it until it has cooled down.
To move the wand, touch only the rubber covered
area (3).
4.6 – PREPARING CAPPUCCINO USING
THE STEAM NOZZLE
1) Pour at least three inches of fresh milk (recommended
temperature: +4°C) into a heat resistant jug
(preferably in stainless steel).
2) Completely submerge the wand (1) in the milk and
turn the knob (2) anti-clockwise according to the
amount of steam desired.
3) Once the desired temperature has been reached
stop dispensing steam by rotating the knob (2)
clockwise.
4) Having prepared the milk, pour the contents of the
jug into a cup with freshly dispensed espresso
coffee.
5) Clean the steam wand (1) using a hot damp cloth
so as to remove any milk residues and avoid the
formation of hard to remove incrustations.

touch it until it has cooled down.

covered area (3).
