0008 Set Audio Gain: Each audio output has an adjustable gain control from
+12dB to -84dB. The host must pass a gain value in dB. The parameter passed to
the firmware is the gain in dB times 16, giving a resolution of 1/16 dB. The host
passes a 12-bit signed (two's complement) value of the gain for both the primary
and secondary outputs. 32-bits of data are used to pass the gain parameter.
