Video Mode
Returns state of genlock source and Video Switch status. Bit 4 reflect the status of
the video switch; bit 3 reflects the status of genlock input source.

FIFO Buffer Status
Returns the number of 64-K buffers free on the decoder. The number of buffers is
defined as:

When all buffers are empty, the number of available buffers is one less than the total
number. Thus, each channel reports 55 buffers available.
Video Switch = This LUN's output.
Genlock = Standalone mode (non-genlock) or genlock loss.
Video Switch = This LUN's output.
Genlock = Genlock is valid.
Video Switch = Adjacent channel pair.
Genlock = Genlock loss.
