DRAM RAS# Precharge
This item allows you to select the DRAM RAS# precharge time. The ROW address strobe must
precharge again before DRAM is refreshed. An inadequate configuration may result in incomplete
d ata. This field is adjustable only when "DRAM Timing Selectable" is set to "Manual". This field is
locked when "DRAM Timing Selectable" is set to "By SPD" and is automatically determined by the
system. Options: 4、3、2
S ystem BIOS Cacheable
When enabled, accesses to system BIOS ROM addressed at F0000H-FFFFFH are cached, provided
that the cache controller is enabled. Optio ns: Enabled (default)、Disabled

Video BIOS Cacheable

Select "Enabled" to allow caching of the video BIO S which may improve performance. If any other
program writes to this memory area, a system error m ay result. Options: Enabled、Disabled (default)
Memory Hole at 15M-16M
When enabled, you can reserve an area of system memory for ISA adapter ROM. When this area is
reserved, it cannot be cached. Refer to the use r documentation of the peripheral you are installing for
m ore information. Options: Disabled (default)、Enabled

Delay Prior to Thermal

Select the delay time before thermal activation from high temperatures.
Options: 4 Min、8 Min、16 Min (default)、32 Min
A GP Aperture Size (MB)
Select the size of the AGP (Accelerated G raphic Port) aperture. The aperture is a portion of the PCI
memory address range dedicated for graphic memory address space. Host cycles that hit the aperture
range are forwarded to the AGP without any translation.
Options: 4、8、16、32、64 (default)、128、256

Reset Configuration Data

Select "Enabled" to reset the Extended System Configuration Data (ESCD) if you have installed a
new add-on card and the system reconfiguration has caused such a serious conflict that the OS cannot
boot. Options: Disabled (default)、Enabled
