Probable Cause
Lift switches wire harnesses
are backward (applies only to
TR97).
Lift switches wire harnesses
are backward (applies only to
TR97HR Decline).
Wax/Lift PCB.
Defective wire harness or Wax
Motor.
Broken, damaged or unplugged
harness or Defective Wax/Lift
PCB.
Wax Motor or wire harness.
Broken, damaged, or
unplugged harness.
Corrective Action
Switch the wire harnesses on the negative
and level switches.
Switch the wire harnesses on the negative
and level switches.
Replace Wax/Lift PCB.
Cycle motor in waxer manual mode in
diagnostics and verify 120VAC at P6 on
Wax/Lift PCB.
If voltage exists, verify that the cable from the
wax/lift PCB to wax motor has continuity. If
continuity exists replace wax motor. See How
To Replace... Wax Motor. No continuity,
replace wire harness. If no voltage exists,
replace wax/lift PCB. See How To
Replace...Wax/Lift PCB.
Reset or replace waxer harness.
Cycle motor in waxer manual mode in
diagnostics and verify 120VAC at P6 on
Wax/Lift PCB.
If voltage exists, verify that the cable from the
wax/lift PCB to wax motor has continuity. If
continuity exists replace wax motor. See How

replace wire harness. If no voltage exists,

Reset or replace smart stop harness.
