Maintenance After the engine cover has been removed, remove the two front engine air scoop retaining knobs. Engine Note: For all maintenance procedures requiring the engine cover to be removed, please perform the following. Push the machine to a level surface, turn off the LP cylinder, and remove it. -

Remove the oil gauge and wipe it with a clean cloth. Oil Drain Hose Place a suitable container under the end of the oil drain hose. -

Apply a thin coat of new oil or grease to the oil filter seal (A). Install the new filter (Amano Pioneer Eclipse part # KA920652078) by turning it clockwise. Turn the filter until the seal contacts the mounting surface (B) of the engine. -

If primary filter cannot be cleaned, is bent, or damaged, it must be replaced (Amano Pioneer Eclipse part # KA110137020). If secondary filter is dirty, do not attempt to clean it. Replace it with a new filter (Amano Pioneer Eclipse part # KA110137019). -
