Problem
A jet of water does come out but it
is too weak.
NOTE: If you cannot solve the problem using this table, contact our customer service department and describe
the problem to us.
Correcting Problems
Possible cause
The diameter of your garden hose
is too small.
The appliance is attached to the
water supply, but it is too weak.
There is air in the water circuit.
The filter screen in the adapter of
the quick coupling is clogged.
The attachments leak due to a
damaged sealing ring.
The lance is blocked.
Solution
Choose a garden hose with a larger
diameter. See the information in
Chapter 4.5, "Connecting a garden
hose (not in the scope of delivery)"
concerning this.
The water pressure of your water
supply is too weak. Talk to your
supplier.
Bleed the water circuit.
Clean the filter screen Chapter 9.1,
"Maintaining the filter screen of the
high-pressure cleaner".
Replace the sealing ring with a new
one, Chapter 9.2, "Replace sealing
rings".
Clean the lance using the cleaning
needle supplied, Chapter 9.3,
"Cleaning the lance".
