4.7 High-pressure cleaning with the lance

WARNING: Danger of injury! Keep aware! Even if using the appliance seems easy to you or you are using
the high-pressure cleaner from the nth time, proceed carefully and comply with the following rules when
using the appliance.
CAUTION: Danger of material damage! Not all materials and surfaces can withstand being cleaned
with a jet of high pressure.

1. Check that the appliance, appliance plug, hoses and lines are impermeable.
2. Check whether the garden hose is connected correctly and whether its water supply is turned on.
3. Turn on the high-pressure cleaner using the on/off switch (Fig. 24). Turn the on/off switch clockwise into the
left position.
