Problem
When Setup
CD-ROM
cannot find

programme fails
to save the

About Network Camera Setup
• Please reconnect the AC adaptor, if the installation is not
completed within 20 minutes.
• Do not connect the Network Camera over the broadband
routers. Setup programme cannot detect the Network Camera.
• If IP address is not assigned to the PC, Setup programme
cannot find the Network Camera. Please confirm if IP address
is assigned to the PC in the way shown on Page 23. IP address
of the PC can be assigned on the TCP/IP Properties window
able to access through the steps in the TCP/IP Properties
Table on Page 24.
• Please confirm if the Network Configuration from Setup
programme is enabled on Network window on Page 52.
• Antivirus software on the PC may interfere the Setup
programme. Please disable the firewall of the antivirus
software only when setting up the Network Camera.
• Please reconnect the AC adaptor, if the installation is not
completed within 20 minutes.
• Network may have the trouble. Please confirm the parameters
and the connections of the Network Camera through Page
18—Page 31.
• Please check Default Gateway address is correct on Network
window on Page 52.
• The broadband router needs Port Forwarding (IP Masquerade)
feature. Please refer to the broadband router's manual for the
detail.
• Packet Filtering of the broadband router may prohibit the
access from the external network. Please refer to the
broadband router's manual for the detail.
• Please access Network Camera with the global IP address of
the broadband router and port no. of Network Camera from the
Internet.
• Some broadband routers reject the global IP address to access
the Network Camera on the same LAN. Please access with the
private IP address of the Network Camera.
