PREPARATION

➞ Earthing the spraying system and make sure that all other conductive parts within the
work area are earthed.
➞ Secure the spray gun to the lifting unit with the suspension bracket or suspension bolt
(accessories)
➞ Connect material hose to pump.
➞ Connect the air hose ø 10 mm; ø 0.39 inches (marked blue) to oil-free, dry air supply
(approx 0.25 MPa; 2.5 bar; 36.3 psi with regulator.
➞ Connect the air hose ø 8 mm; ø 0.31 inches (marked red) for the control air to the
control unit EPG 3000.
➞ When using fl at jet nozzles: Connect the air hose ø 8 mm; ø 0.31 inches (marked green)
for the fan air to the control unit EPG 3000.
➞ Connect electrical cable to the control unit.
Old equipment
➞ Visually check the permissible pressures for all the system components.
➞ Set material pressure and use a suitable medium (solvent or water) to check that
connections do not leak.
➞ Relieve system pressure and spray gun.
