    Your Quest power chair is equipped with a unique serial number. You can find this number on the frame of your Quest power chair. Below is an example of the frame label on which you can find the identification number. Furthermore you will find the explanation of the various data stored on the frame label listed below.

    The Quest power chair is equipped with multifunction brakes and stable wheels which roll easily. The Quest power chair is especially developed so that it can be adjusted to every individual user. Your Quest power chair is a medical equipment product and is not a standard consumer product.

    Quest INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE  Tip Before turning on the power of your power chair, take note of your environment and set your speed control accordingly. For indoor driving, we recommend that you select the lowest speed setting. For outdoor driving, we recommend that you select a speed setting at which you feel comfortable, safe and in control of your power chair.
  • Page 10 Joystick The joystick controls the speed and direction of your power chair. When you are not pushing on the joystick, or when you release the joystick, the joystick will automatically return to the neutral position, the chair will decelerate, as the electromagnetic brakes are applied, and come to a smooth stop.

    Release the joystick to clear the fault. Note that this is not a fault. If the condition persists after removing your hand, the joystick may be damaged. Contact your 2GOability dealer. The higher the lever of resistance, the greater the degree of protection from EMI/ RFI – measured in volts per meter (V/m).     CARE AND MAINTAINANCE Routine maintenance The 2GOability Quest power chair is virtually maintenance free. All off the bearings on your power chair are permanently lubricated and sealed. No additional lubrication is required. There are, however, several things that you can do to help keep up the appearance and maintain the performance of your power chair.

    PROBLEM ANALYSIS AND SOLUTIONS Your 2GOability Quest power chair is inspected and adjusted so that you can use it immediately. Self-help guide If a system trip occurs, you can find out what has happened by counting the number of LEDs on the battery gauge that are flashing.
