Removal and Inatallatlon
I Disconnect cable from
actuator

Loosen lock
nut at actuator
2 Remove rubber boots

3 To install the cable
reverse
the
order of removal
Exercise
care
when
removing
and
installing
wire
so as
not
to deform
wire end
Adjustment
When
installing adjust
A S C D
cable
as
follows
Without depressing
the accelerator
pedal
adjust the adjusting
nut
until
cable free
play
is
within specified
value
at
throttle lever
Then tighten
lock
nut
Free
play

throttle
lever to

vacuum
hose from

S C D release valve

Remove bolt attaching
actuator
to body

To
install
actuator
reverse
the
order of removal

sure
that
actuator
moves
smoothly
without
binding
when dia
phragm
is pushed
by hand

Apply
vacuum
to actuator

diaphragm
moves
to full
position
it is
normal
Plug
hose with vacuum
applied
Make
sure
that

remains
in
full
position
