4.6.4 Local Log

MISC Local Log

Select this option to view the phone's status information (for example,

network connection, SIP messages). Press

This information will be useful when troubleshooting a problem and

possibly working with a Vonage Customer Care Agent.

MISC Factory Reset

This option is only available under the guidance of a Vonage Customer

Care Agent. It enables you to restore phone's network related settings.

After selecting this option, follow the prompts to enter the factory reset

code and press the left soft key

to browse through items.

(Ok).
