Firmware upgrade

Please follow the procedures below to upgrade the firmware.
1. Power off the KVM Switch.
2. Prepare the DC2.5M/DB9F cable, plug the DC2.5 connector to the KVM Switch's
phone jack (marked Flash) and the DB9F connector to PC's serial DB9 port.
3. Power on the KVM Switch. The KVM unit will be in Flash mode, waiting for firmware to
download.
4. Double click to launch "Firmware Upgrade Utility.exe".
5. Click Browse button to select the upgrade file. Make sure the file you select is the
correct version for upgrading.
6. Click Write Flash button to start to upgrade. The upgrade process takes about 6
seconds.
