1.3 Click the Dial-up to private network radio button, and click the Next button.
1.4 Do not enter any telephone number for the Phone number, and click the Next button.
1.5 You may make the dial-up connection available to all users, or keep it for your own use only. Click For all users
or Only for myself, and click the Next button.
1.6 Enter "My Network" as the name for this connection, and click the Finish button. Double click the newly
created connection icon after finishing the network connection wizard.
