1 Battery capacity low.
2 Bad electrical connections.
3 Fault in starter motor.
4 Wrong grade of lubricating oil.
5 Starter motor turns engine too slowly.
6 Fuel tank empty.

8 Restriction in a fuel pipe.
9 Fault in fuel lift pump.
10 Dirty fuel filter element.
11 Restriction in air induction system.
12 Air in fuel system.
13 Fault in the fuel injector units.
14 Cold start system used incorrectly.
