4.1.8.1. Entering the Tech Mode

In service (tech) mode, the technician can check the machine and perform various test to isolate the cause of a malfunction.
While in Tech mode, the machine still performs all normal operations.
To enter the Tech Mode

M337x series / M387x series / M407xFR / M4072FD

To enter the Tech Mode, press " Menu + # + 1 + 9 + 3 + 4 " in sequence

To enter the service mode, press 1,2,3 number keys simultaneously. When the password dialog box appears,
enter "1934" and press the "OK" button.
