INCLINE INSTRUCTIONS:
Buttons marked 【INCLINE+】 【 INCLINE-】 and 【 + 】 【 - 】 on the left handrail are incline add
and subtract buttons in 2% increments. To adjust the incline when the treadmill is running,
press the button for more than 2 seconds, to add or subtract inclination.
The computer also has shortcut keys 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, and 10%
Picture A shows incline "0%", Picture B shows incline "12%".
