On the System tab, click [User Authentication].

Displays the account registration number.
Enter the account name (up to 8 characters).
Select when changing the password.
Enter the new account password (up to 8 characters).
Re-enter the password for confirmation.
Specify whether to enable the limit of the number of sheets
used for copying and printing. If "Enable" is specified, enter
the maximum value (between 1 and 99999999).
