Basic Gluten Free Bread 2
Ingredients
Water
Eggs
Sunflower Oil (or other vegetable oil)
Cider Vinegar
White Rice Flour
Brown Rice Flour
Chick Pea Flour
Cornflour or Potato Flour
Xanthan Gum
Salt
Sugar
Yeast
Note: Both recipes will produce a loaf with a flat top and a slightly aerated crumb texture.
Variations for both recipes
Multi Grain Bread
Add with other ingredients

Sunflower seeds
Poppy seeds
Sesame seeds
tsp = 5ml teaspoon
tbsp = 15ml tablespoon
