Selecting sender information (TTI Select)

You can select pre-registered TTIs for each transmission.
This setting is temporary. To change the initial settings, refer to "User Install".

Switch to fax mode.

Press <Menu>, select "TTI Select" using the cursor keys and press [Enter].

Select the TTI using the cursor keys and press [Enter].

Press [Close] to return to the ready screen and perform the fax transmission.

Switching between manual / automatic reception

In cases where you would rather not receive faxes automatically, set reception to manual. Turning automatic
reception off means that reception will be manual.

Switch to fax mode.

Press <Menu>, select "Auto Rx" using the cursor keys and press [Enter].

To switch to manual reception, select "Off". To switch to automatic reception,
select "On". Then press [Enter].

Press [Close] to exit the settings.

Switching between memory / real-time transmission

You can switch between two styles of transmission; memory transmission where documents scanned through the
ADF are sent after they have been scanned, and real-time transmission where documents are sent as they are
scanned. To change the initial settings, refer to "Settings".

Press <Menu>, select "Memory Tx" using the cursor keys and press [Enter].

To switch to real-time transmission, select "Off". To switch to memory transmis-
sion, select "On". Then press [Enter].

Press [Close] to exit the settings.
NOTE
This setting is only available with the ADF. This screen will not appear if the machine is not fitted with the ADF.
