Dial the code for the "Padlock" function.
To unlock your terminal, repeat the same procedure as for padlocking it. Then,
following the prompts, dial your personal code.

This allows callers to reach you anywhere in the building.
Dial the code for the "Immediate f f orward" function, followed by the pager number.
Replying w w hen y y our p p ager s s ounds * *
If you are out of your office and your pager sounds, you can respond to it using any
company phone.
Dial the code for the "Paging r r eply" function.
Then dial your own extension number to be put through to the person who is trying to
reach you.

You can call back the last person who tried to ring you, even if you do not know their
number.
Lift the receiver. Dial the code for the "Last c c aller c c all b b ack" function.
There will be a pause, and then the last caller will be dialled.
