Dial the code for the type of forwarding that you require. Then dial the number of
your company's voice mail service.
* If your company has a voice mail service, you will be allocated a directory number.
Cancelling f f orwarding

Dial the code for the "Forward c c ancellation" function or
forwarding was activated using this key.

Dial the code for the "Cancel f f ollow m m e" function, then dial the number of the
terminal that is being forwarded.
From a a ny o o ther t t erminal w w ithin t t he c c ompany
Dial the code for the "Cancel r r emote f f orward" function, then dial the number of the
terminal that is being forwarded.
Note: Whenever you programme new forwarding, it cancels any previous forwards.
