Calling a a n a a ssociate ( ( your s s ecretary o o r c c olleague)
Each terminal may have another line linked with it (an associate) (see "Changing
the a a ssociate n n umber").
To call the associate number quickly, dial the code for the "Associate c c all" function.
Receiving a a s s econd c c all d d uring a a c c onversation
If you are on the phone and a second person is trying to ring you, you will hear
a beep.
If you want to answer it, dial the code for the "Consult c c all o o n h h old" function.
If you want to return to the first caller:
If you hang up without taking the second call, it will automatically begin to ring
again.
Note: You can prevent calls from being placed on hold when your line is busy. Dial the code
for the function "Camp o o n c c ontrol " " .
An outside call will be directed to the operator.
To cancel this restriction, use the same code.
The function remains valid until the next selection.
