If you are in conversation with one caller and have another one on hold, you can

switch back and forth between them.

Dial the code for the "Direct c c all p p ickup" function and then dial the number of the

extension which is ringing.

If y y ou b b elong t t o a a p p ickup g g roup,

From your terminal, you can pick up a call on any terminal in the pickup group.

Dial the code for the "Group c c all p p ickup" function.

Calling f f rom y y our p p ersonal d d irectory

Dial the code for the "Call f f rom p p ersonal d d irectory" function, then press the key on

the keypad where you have programmed the number.

If you should hang up while someone is on hold, your phone will ring. To retrieve

the call, pick up the receiver.
