Integrated Feature Module Card - Linux - (2/4 port) - IFM

The IFM (Integrated Feature Module) card - Linux version provides a plug-in platform for running
numerous PBX applications.

voice processing section with 8 voice circuits (up to 4 can be used for Linux Standard Voice Mail), a
PBX interface, and a power supply.
The IFM base card includes an RJ-45 10/100 Base-T Ethernet connector and two serial COM ports. A
laptop PC with a LAN port and a LAN Crossover cable is required for configuring the IFM.

Integrated Feature Module Card (8 circuits) - IFM ACD (VB-44192)

The IFM card (Integrated Feature Module) ACD card provides a plug-in platform for running
enhanced ACD, and provides powerful Automatic Call Distribution functions. The IFM ACD/MIS
(Management Information System), is also available to provide call reports. The IFM ACD/MIS
software is installed on a PC, which is connected to the IFM ACD card directly or across the LAN with
an Ethernet connection. The reports can be printed out on any networked printer. The IFM card
includes a Pentium II 266 MHz PC running Windows® NT, a voice processing section with 8 voice
circuits, a PBX interface, and a power supply.

Built-In ACD Card - ACD (VB-44140)

This card, combined with the Voice Processor Unit card (4 circuits) (VB-44160), provides basic
Automatic Call Distribution functions. MIS (Management Information System) reports can be output
from the RS232C port of the ACD card. The reports can be printed out by connecting a printer to the
RS232C port. However, a PC and printer cannot be simultaneously connected to the RS232C (the
RS232C cable must be used exclusively for one connection).
Only one Built-In ACD can be installed. This card can be installed in flexible slot 5 only.

Voice Processing Card (4 circuits) - VPU/4 (VB-44160)

This card contains 4 voice processing circuits. It can be used with Built-In ACD.
Built-In ACD uses only 1 voice processing card (the 4-circuit card).
