notification.

This command selects the state that the TX-IF Output
will be at power-up.
Where:
xx = HI or LO
This command informs the M&C which polarity is to be
considered a fault when reading the HPA fault line.
* Command/response is valid only when used with an
Avantek 25W HPA.
