Hard Buttons
Touching Hard Buttons will display a screen that provides visual feedback for all
button presses. Pressing any of the buttons will result in its corresponding number on
the screen illuminating in yellow. By default, hard key number 1 toggles the on-
screen keyboard on and off. However, this can be disabled using the Keyboard
button on the Hard Buttons screen. Hard key number 1 can then be used like any of
the other buttons. If disabled, it will use the VisionTools
assignment.
NOTE: The hard keys in the column on the left side of the touchpanel screen are
numbers 1 through 8 (top to bottom). The hard keys in the column on the right side
of the touchpanel screen are numbers 9 through 16 (top to bottom).
NOTE: Pressing hard keys 1 and 9 for more than four seconds will force the unit to
shut down.
Buttons are programmed using VT Pro-e.
Touch Close to return to the setup menu.
