Troubleshooting
The air conditioner is not user serviceable. Incorrect repair
may cause electric shock or fire.
Please contact an authorised service centre for professional
repair.

If one of the following situations occur, immediately stop
the air conditioner, disconnect the power, and contact the
authorised service centre.
If an error code appears on the display window of the
indoor unit.
Power indicator or other indicators flash rapidly and this
flashing cannot be stopped by disconnecting the power
and then connecting it again.

inform them of the detailed malfunctions and unit model.
Solution
Wait for power to be restored
Check that the plug is securely in wall receptacle
Replace the fuse
Have a Certified Electrician test the voltage
Replace the batteries
Wait or cancel timer setting
Set the temperature correctly. For details please refer to

Clean the air filter
Close the doors and windows
Clear the obstructions away first, then restart the unit
