Product Installation

This chapter shows hardware connections for installing W300, presents
factory default settings, and describes how to configure a computer for using
W300.

Hardware Connections

1. Place the W300 router on the plane surface. Minimize obstacles and the
distance between the W300 router and the wireless terminal.
2. ADSL/Ethernet uplink connection
A W300 router can access the ISP's network in either ADSL uplink mode
or Ethernet uplink mode.

The user is suggested to adopt the following connection method for ADS
L uplink mode, as shown in Figure 3.
