Deleting an Account

1.
On the Application screen, tap

Press
3.
Tap [Accounts].
4.
Touch and hold the account you want to delete.
5.
Tap [Remove account].
6.
Tap [OK].

If you have configured multiple accounts, steps 2 to 3 are unnecessary.

Changing Account Settings

On the Application screen, tap

Press
3.
Tap [Accounts].
4.
Touch and hold the account you want to change.
5.
Tap [Account settings].
You can change the following settings:
Account name
Your name
Signature
Email check frequency
Default account
Email notifications
Select ringtone
Incoming settings
Outgoing settings

If you have configured multiple accounts, steps 2 to 3 are unnecessary.

Change the account name.
Change the sender name.
Enter some text to append to the end of e-mail messages, such as your
name.
Specify whether to automatically check for new messages. Also, if you
enable automatic checking, specify the frequency at which to check.
Set this account as the preferred account.
Select whether to display a notification in the status bar when a new
message arrives.
If you enabled [Email notifications], select the ringtone to play when a
new message arrives. This ringtone has a higher precedence than the one
specified for [Notification ringtone] (Page 118).
Configure the incoming mail server settings.
Configure the outgoing mail server settings.
