Modem's Receiver clock is the source; valid only in V.32
bis mode or for 2400/1200-bps connections in HST mode.
Break handling. Destructive Breaks clear the buffer; expedited
Breaks are sent immediately to the remote system. Under data
compression, destructive Breaks cause both modems to reset
their compression tables.
