Software reset to NVRAM settings if DIP switch 10 is OFF, to
factory settings if DIP switch 10 is ON. Also initiates new
settings of DIP switches 2-5, 7 and 9.
Escape code, preceded and followed by a guard time of at least
one second of no data transmission. The modem responds to

by returning to Command mode and doing the following:

Repeat the command continuously until canceled by pressing
<any key>. If used in a Dial string, automated redialing
terminates after ten attempts.
