• Is your T-Box
device and TV switched on? Can you see a light on the front

of the T-Box device?
• Have you selected the correct source, input or channel on your TV?
• Are all your connections correct and secure?
• Try switching off your TV and put your T-Box device in deep sleep mode by pressing
the power button for 3 seconds, then wait for 20 seconds and switch it on again
