  • Page 17 DP350 User's Manual If the printer still can not be found out when the network connection is correct and in the same network, please check whether the network fire wall on the PC open or not. If there is fire wall, please close it temporarily, open again after finishing searching and setting a printer completely.

    Solutions: Check whether the printer’s rating voltage is matched with the electrical outlet. If not, unplug the power cord immediately and contact your dealer or a specified Jolimark service center for advice. Do not plug the power cord to the electrical outlet again.
