Add temporary media to the 'Media catalogue'
Introduction
Information for operators, key operators
When a print job is submitted that requires media that are not included in the 'Media
catalogue', these media become temporary media. Such temporary media appear on
top of the list of media labelled 'Paper' in the 'Basic settings' section.
When you plan to use temporary media more often, you can add the media to the
'Media catalogue'. Follow the procedure below.
How to add temporary media to the 'Media catalogue'
Put the required media into one of the paper trays.
1.
Open the 'Paper manager'.
2.
Use the softkeys to select the paper tray into which you put the media.
3.
Select the temporary media name and press 'Add to catalogue'.
4.
The media is added to the 'Media catalogue'.
5.
Note: If required, you can edit the attributes of the media in the 'Media catalogue'
of the Océ VarioPrint
