Chapter 6 The copy function
Description/ function
'Paper'. This setting indicates that you send the
document directly into the job queue.
'Memory'. This setting indicates that you send the
document to memory.
'File'. This setting is optional. It is only available if the
Scan-to-file function is active. The setting indicates that
you can generate a digital file that is sent to the scan
server.
A job ID is a number that you can set to identify your
job
ID entry for copy jobs on page
Here you can indicate that you want to print 1 set of a
job first to check if you have the correct output. When
everything meets your expectations, you can continue
the job to print the remaining sets.
If you often need setting values that are not in the
standard templates, you can store your values in the
'Custom
templates'(see 'Create a custom template' on
page
158).
