Message Lists And Call Lists

System message list
The last 10 messages are stored in a message list
Mobility Server (mail memory). The text "mail" in the basic condition (idle
display) stands for a read system message list whereas the text "MAIL" (in
capitals) points to at least one unread message in the system message
list. View the system list of received messages.
If you wish to open the system message list immediately by

pressing the Up arrow of the selector key or by pressing the [0] key
long, you must switch off the system call list before and after that
delete all entries still existing in the system call list. See Menu >
Setup > Phone settings > (PABX) Call list.
This measure will keep the system call list empty in the future so
that the keys mentioned above can only open the system message
list provided this list contains at least one entry.
Handset message list
The last 20 messages are stored in message list
handset.
Example of menu access to the handset message list from the handset
idle display:
message, then ...

Using the Up and Down arrows of the selector key, select an
entry.
An entry in the message list contains the sender number, text, day and

time and the number of transmission attempts. If several transmission
attempts have been made for the same message, the day and time
always applies to the most recent attempt.
Call up Menu > Message lists > Incoming
