    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Tool: Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver 1. Front and Rear Stabilizers Installation Position the Front Stabilizer (31) in front of Main Frame (1) and align bolt holes. Attach the Front Stabilizer (31) onto the front curve of the Main Frame (1) with two M8x60 Carriage Bolts (13), two Ø8xØ19x1.5 Curve Washers (14), and two M8 Cap Nuts (15).
  • Page 8 Tool: Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver 2. Right and Left Pedals Installation The Cranks, Pedals, Pedal Shafts and Pedal Straps are marked “R” for Right and “L” for Left. Insert the pedal shaft of Left Pedal (9L) into threaded hole in the left Crank (7). Turn the pedal shaft by hand in the counter-clockwise direction until snug.
  • Page 9 4. Seat Post Installation Slide the Plastic Tube (45) onto the Seat Post (21). Release the Seat Post Knob (16) by turning it in a counterclockwise direction until it can be pulled out. Pull out the Seat Post Knob (16) and insert the Seat Post (21) into the bushing on the tube of the Main Frame (1).
  • Page 10 Tool: 14 42 Allen Wrench 5. Computer Post Installation Connect the Sensor Wire (18) from the Main Frame (1) to the Computer Upper Sensor Cable (36) from the Computer Post (32). Insert the Tension Cable (35) through into the bottom hole of Computer Post (32) and pull it out from the square hole of Computer Post (32).

Tension Controller Installation Remove the Bolt for Tension Controller (34) and Curve Washer for Tension Controller (58) from the Tension Controller (46). Put the cable end of resistance cable of Tension Controller (46) into the spring hook of Tension Cable (35) as shown in drawing A of figure 6. Pull the resistance cable of Tension Controller (46) up and force it into the gap of metal bracket of Tension Cable (35) as shown in drawing B of figure 6.
  • Page 12 Tool: Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver 7. Handlebar Installation Place the Handlebar (41) through clamp on the Computer Post (32) with hand pulse sensors facing the seat. Insert the Hand Pulse Sensor wires (55) into the hole on the Computer Post (32) and then pull them out of the top end of the Computer Post (32).

Computer Installation Open the battery cover and install two "SIZE-AA" batteries into the battery compartment on the back of Computer (27). Remove two M4x12 Bolts (59) and two Ø12xØ4.2x1.0t Washers (60) from the Computer (27).

Press and hold MODE button for 3 seconds, all data values will clear to zero except the ODO (ODOMETER) data values.
  • Page 15 DIST (DISTANCE): Press MODE button until the screen displays DIST; the computer will display the accumulative distance traveled during workout. When you start to exercise, distance starts counting up from 0.00to 99.99km per 0.01km increment. You may also preset target distance before training. Press MODE button to select DIST function and then press SET button to preset target distance.

    ADJUSTMENTS Adjusting the Tension Controller To increase the load, turn the tension controller in a clockwise direction. To decrease the load, turn the tension controller in a counterclockwise direction. Tension Controller Adjusting the Rear Stabilizer End Cap Turn the rear stabilizer end cap on the rear stabilizer as needed to level the bike.

    MAINTENANCE Cleaning The upright bike can be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasives or solvents on plastic parts. Please wipe your perspiration off the upright bike after each use. Be careful not get excessive moisture on the computer display panel as this might cause an electrical hazard or electronics to fail.

    WARM UP AND COOL DOWN ROUTINE A good exercise program consists of a warm-up, aerobic exercise, and a cool down. Do the entire program at least two to three times a week, resting for a day between workouts. After several months you can increase your workouts to four or five times per week. AEROBIC EXERCISE is any sustained activity that sends oxygen to your muscles via your heart and lungs.
  • Page 19 SIDE STRETCHES Open your arms to the side and lift them until they are over your head. Reach your right arm as far toward the ceiling as you can for one count. Repeat this action with your left arm. QUADRICEPS STRETCH With one hand against a wall for balance, reach behind you and pull your right foot up.
  • Page 20 TOE TOUCHES Slowly bend forward from your waist, letting your back and shoulders relax as you stretch toward your toes. Reach as far as you can and hold for 15 counts. HAMSTRING STRETCHES Extend your right leg. Rest the sole of your left foot against your right inner thigh.
