    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Tool: Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver S10, S13, S14, S15 Allen Wrench S6 1. Front/Rear Stabilizers and Right/Left Foot Pedals Installation Position the Front Stabilizer (43) in front of Main Frame (48) and align bolt holes. Attach the Front Stabilizer (43) onto the front curve of the Main Frame (48) with two M8x90mm Carriage Bolts (44), two Ø8xØ20x2.0t Curve Washers (45), and two M8 Cap Nuts (46).

Handlebar and Computer Installation Insert the Hand Pulse Sensor Wires (6) into the hole on the Handlebar Post (14) then pull them out from the top end of the Handlebar Post (14). Place the Handlebar (4) through clamp on the Handlebar Post (14) with hand pulse sensors facing the seat.
  • Page 13 5. AC Adapter Installation Plug one end of the AC Adapter (18) into the power jack of the Power Supply Wire (17) on the back of the Left Shroud (54L). Before plugging in, make sure to check carefully the specifications on the Adapter. Plug the other end of the AC Adapter (18) into the electrical wall outlet.

    OPERATING THE COMPUTER Power Up When turned on, the display with emit 3 beep sounds as all LCD displays light up. Note: The computer can be activated by pressing the key or by pedaling. If you leave the equipment idle for 4 minutes, the power will turn off automatically. Pause Workout can be paused by pressing the RESET key.

Decrease value of selected workout parameter: TIME, DISTANCE, etc. DOWN During the workout, it will decrease the resistance load. Selection of workout program: Quick Start, Manual, User Program, PROGRAM Interval Program, Watt Program, HRC Program, Test Program, BMI-BMR-FAT Program, or Mountain Program.

  • Page 17 User Program User program allows user to create his/her own program that can be used immediately and on subsequent workouts. Create User Profile Press the PROGRAM key to select User Program. Press the MODE key to confirm and the text window will display ” Select Profile” for 4 seconds, meanwhile segment 1 will flash. Press the UP or DOWN key to set desired resistance load.
  • Page 18 Setting Parameters for WATT Program Press the MODE key to select TIME, DISTANCE, KILOJOULE, or PULSE for target pre-setting. Then press the UP or DOWN key to adjust the values. Start pedaling to start workout, you may press the UP or DOWN key to adjust the resistance load during workout.
  • Page 19 again to start measurement, please also grip the handlebar hand pulse sensors with both your hands. After measurement the screen will display Body Fat %, BMI and BMR. (Body Fat % and BMI will switch display to each other in every 4 seconds) Mountain Program Press the PROGRAM key to select Mountain Program.

    ADJUSTMENTS Adjusting the Adjustable Leveler Turn the adjustable leveler on the rear stabilizer as needed to level the upright bike. Adjustable Leveler Adjusting the Seat Forward or Back Turn the seat adjustment knob to loosen the seat sliding tube. Slide the seat sliding tube forward or back to desired position and turn seat adjustment knob to tighten.

    MAINTENANCE Cleaning The upright bike can be cleaned with a soft clean damp cloth. Do not use abrasives or solvents on plastic parts. Please wipe your perspiration off the upright bike after each use. Be careful not to get excessive moisture on the computer display panel as this might cause an electrical hazard or electronics to fail.
  • Page 22: Warm Up And Cool Down Routine

    WARM UP AND COOL DOWN ROUTINE The WARM-UP is an important part of any workout. The purpose of warming up is to prepare your body for exercise and to minimize injuries. Warm up for two to five minutes before aerobic exercising. It should begin every session to prepare your body for more strenuous exercise by heating up and stretching your muscles, increasing your circulation and pulse rate, and delivering more oxygen to your muscles.
  • Page 23 QUADRICEPS STRETCH With one hand against a wall for balance, reach behind you and pull your right foot up. Bring your heel as close to your buttocks as possible. Hold for 15 counts and repeat with left foot. INNER THIGH STRETCH Sit with the soles of your feet together and your knees pointing outward.
