Step 4: Setting up the printer driver and the printer port on the
computer
You must login to the server computer as a supervisor to perform the following steps.
If the printer driver is already installed on your computer, see
If the printer driver is not installed,
First install the printer driver and then set up the printer port.

Insert the printer CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive.
The CD-ROM launches automatically.
NOTE
• If the CD-ROM does not launch automatically, perform the following steps (1) – (2).
(1)Double click My computer icon.
(2)Double click the CD-ROM icon.
