Settings and Printing

Click the printer with the right mouse button.

Click Properties.

Click the Ports tab.

Click Add Port...

Click the Local Port for the printer port, and click

Enter the path of the printer connecting to the server according to the
following form, then click
\\server name\printer name
NOTE
• You can confirm the server name and printer name as follows:
(1)Double click the Network Neighborhood icon (for Windows NT 4.0) or My
Network Places icon (for Windows 2000).
(2)Double click the server connecting to the printer.
