Duplex Unit Paper Jams
A paper jam can occur in the duplex unit at any one of the following
locations:
Duplex unit
Duplex unit return path
Under the manual feed plate
If the message:
PAPER JAM DUPLEXER
displays, there is probably a paper jam in one of these three areas.
If your printer has a sorter, use the following procedure to check for
any paper jammed in the duplex unit.

Grasp the handle on the duplex unit cover, and pull down the
cover.
